Refund policy

At Reconnect, all sales are considered final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, dislike of the product, or incorrect sizing after the order has been processed.

We only accept returns in the following specific situations:
  • Defective or Damaged Items:  If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, you must notify our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your order. 
  • Incorrect Item Received:  If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please inform our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt.
To report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at reconnect.creates@gmail.com.  
For valid claims of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Reconnect may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or, in some cases, a refund. Any such resolution will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
